I might be 13 years old, but don’t let the number fool you—I’ve still got plenty of pep in my step! I’m a 14.5-pound Boston Terrier with a big heart, a love for sunshine, and a soft spot for squeaky toys. Life’s thrown me a few curveballs (I’m missing an eye and a leg, and my hearing isn’t what it used to be), but I haven’t let that slow me down one bit. I love being outside, sniffing the breeze, and feeling the sun on my face. I’ll happily trot around the yard or curl up for a cozy nap afterward. I’m house trained, crate trained, and a total pro on car rides—just say the word and I’m ready to roll. Because I can’t hear very well, I can get startled if someone sneaks up on me, especially in my crate. I might snap if I’m scared, so I’m looking for a calm, understanding home without young kids. But don’t worry—I’m a sweet, gentle soul once I know I’m safe. I get along great with other dogs and even cats, and I’ve still got a playful streak when the toys come out. I may be a little wobbly, but I move around just fine and I’m always up for a little adventure. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of gratitude and a spark of spunk, I just might be your guy. I’ve come a long way—and now I’m ready to enjoy the good life with someone who sees how special I really am. My adoption fee is $100, but if you are a senior yourself (65+), my adoption fee is waived.
