Denali is a 7 year old female Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix who is a low energy gentle giant. She looking for an adult- only home who will take her on daily walks and give her plenty of snuggles. She was surrendered by her original owner when she was 3, and had a torn ACL. She went through TPLO surgery to repair her back left leg once surrendered and had a successful recovery. She has lived with her current owners since then, but is looking for a new home due to extreme anxiety with small children. This anxiety is negatively affecting Denali’s quality of life, and she is unable to freely roam the house. Her current owners have an 8 month old baby and can no longer safely keep the Denali and the child separated throughout the day. Denali is good with cats and she enjoys being around dogs that respect her personal space. She would be happy laying in someone’s front room to look out the window, going on walks, and getting treats and cuddles.
