My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We’re looking to rehome Pilot, our cherished Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. Born in 2017 and raised from a pup through Seneca Swissies, he’s been a loyal, loving companion through every chapter of our lives — our first “baby” and a steady, affectionate presence.

Now 7, Pilot is house-trained, well-socialized, and enjoys relaxed walks, outdoor time, and simply being near his people. He’s calm, gentle, and thrives in a peaceful home. As life has gotten busier, we’re no longer able to give him the consistent attention and quiet environment he deserves.

Pilot lives with managed kidney disease, maintained through a special diet and supplements. He’s doing well, and with proper care, has many good years ahead. Full medical records and recent bloodwork are available.

We’re seeking a calm, loving home where Pilot can be the center of attention again — ideally with someone experienced with large breeds who understands the joy of a loyal dog by their side.

Looking forward to connecting!
