This 4-year-old, 12-pound Chihuahua may be tiny, but her heart is anything but small. Rose is a gentle soul who loves cuddles, cozy blankets, and following her favorite people from room to room. She’s past the puppy chaos but still has a playful spark, especially when toys or treats are involved.
