Sandy is a gentle, low-energy, and affectionate sweetheart — truly the ultimate snuggle
companion. She’s happiest when curled up next to you, drifting off as you pet her, climbing into your lap, or cuddling on the couch. She’ll follow you from room to room just to see what you’re up to.
Sandy loves a good play session, then settling down to nap in a sunny spot. She enjoys daily outings (3–4 walks or adventures with her foster), chasing balls, and chewing on bones during her downtime. She’s quiet, loving, and sometimes a little oblivious to personal space — bumping into you in the cutest way.
This outgoing yet calm girl adores people and makes friends easily. On walks, she’s still polishing a few leash manners but already has excellent recall. She’s so tuned in to her person that if she notices you’re walking slower, she’ll match your pace.
Sandy would thrive as the only dog in the home, but with the right introduction, she could also do well with other dogs. She’s not a barker, she’s very smart, and she learns quickly. (She’s house-trained.)
