Meet Kirby: a sweet, one-year-old indoor cat with a luxuriously soft medium-length coat. He was adopted from the SPCA in November 2023 along with his brother, Bowser Jr. Kirby is playful and he especially loves his cat tower, chasing toy mice, batting around balls and feathers on a string, and even swatting at ice cubes that fall from the fridge.
Kirby is a bit larger than Bowser and tends to dominate their daily play sessions. While they've shared many happy moments, the dynamic has become stressful for Bowser, who has started overgrooming and becoming more withdrawn.
As difficult as it is for our family, we've made the decision to find Kirby a new home, ideally one where he can be the only cat and continue to thrive with plenty of love and attention.
