My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Colonel – The Gentleman with the Tennis Ball

Meet Colonel, a 7–8-year-old German Shepherd with a wise soul, a calm
heart, and one undeniable passion — his tennis ball. He doesn’t chase it so
much as cherish it. Whether he’s lounging on the couch, going for a short
hike, or greeting new friends, you’ll usually find a tennis ball tucked
proudly in his mouth.

Colonel is house-trained, gentle with kids, and comfortable in just about
any environment. He’s social but laid back — the perfect mix of friendly
and composed. He knows his basic commands, loves being brushed, and carries
himself with the quiet confidence of a true elder statesman.

Colonel may have traded marathon fetch sessions for leisurely walks and
long naps, but he still lives for life’s simple joys — a sunny day, a kind
hand, and that ever-present tennis ball by his side.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who proves that love (and a good
chew toy) never gets old, Colonel is your guy.
