My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Drogo!

Drogo is an affectionate, playful, and smart young pup who brings big energy and an even bigger heart to every day. He loves getting outside for walks where he can stretch his legs and sniff to his heart’s content. After some activity, Drogo enjoys relaxing with gentle pets and massages, happily soaking up attention from his favorite people.

Drogo is dog friendly and enjoys rough-and-rowdy play with pals his size, taking breaks appropriately and showing he knows how to have fun and reset. Toys are also a favorite—bring one along and you’ve got an instant buddy.

He’s a bright boy who already knows cues like “sit” and continues building great manners every day. With an active home that will keep his body and brain engaged, Drogo is ready to be your loyal, loving sidekick.

Go meet their pets

We’re so excited that you’re considering adopting from Nashville Humane Association. We’re located at 213 Oceola Ave in West Nashville, near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Charlotte Pike, and are open from 10AM until 5PM TUE through SUN (closed Mondays). We’re also closed from 12-1PM for “Quiet Hour.” As a quick heads up, our adoption process takes about an hour, and all adoptions must be finalized on-site at the shelter, so if you’re planning to visit and adopt, be sure to make accommodations for time.
