My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter? the castoffs of human society. I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal, and I was angry. I said God, this is terrible. Why don't you do something? God was silent for a moment and then spoke softly. I have done something.......... I created you !

Barney is a sweet boy and gorgeous . He has been neutered, vaccinated and wormed. He is now on heartworm preventative.

He is not very big about 40 to 45lbs. Barney does great on a leash and is good with other dogs. He is protective of his food but they may go away as he learns there is always plenty of food here. He was not bothered by the cats and actually let them eat with him.
