Oleg is a big, loving 5 year-old guy who likes to be near his people. While he doesn't necessarily run towards strangers, he is sociable and confident. He currently lives with his brother, Grux, and they get along well, often snuggling together; and he's around a busy household with young children so he is not afraid to get in on the action. He would be happy with anyone who would let him "help" them read a book or work on their laptop, watch a show, or take a nap. He's a great cat with a sweet disposition.
We have tried to cope with the family's allergies but despite air cleaners, brushing regimens, and medicine, half of the family has respiratory trouble not experienced when we're away from home in a cat-free environment. While few (to no) cats are 100% hypoallergenic (at least that are furry), we expected this breed to be less impactful to our health. We hate to give them up but it's become too much.
