This happy-go-lucky youngster has energy to spare and would thrive in an active home—bonus points if you already have another playful dog who loves to romp and run. Tempo adores canine friends big and small, and he’s especially gentle with tiny pups.
Tempo is house trained and uses a doggy door like a pro. He is at his best when he’s busy. When he gets bored, his mischievous streak can come out (think: “creative décor choices”), so he’ll need plenty of exercise, enrichment, and structure. He also has a passion for chasing rabbits, so a secure yard or leashed adventures are a must!
He’s goofy, smart, and eager to learn, but he’s still working on some manners—like keeping all four paws on the floor when his people get home. With consistent training and lots of positive reinforcement, Tempo will quickly turn that enthusiasm into awesome behavior.
