Mira is a 10 month old boy who is ready to steal your heart! After a short warm up period, Mira is ready to be your best friend! Some of his favorite activities include:
-paying for pets with his lovely purrrss
-getting snuggles from his humans
-playing with wand toys
-daydreaming while looking out the window and taking cat naps in the sun
-chewing on any and all plastic around (silly goose!)
-opening closed doors
Mira is a silly guy and loves to chew plastic. This is super easy to manage by simply not leaving any plastic laying around. Don’t let the fact that he chews on plastic trick you, he is extremely smart. He would love to do cat puzzles to help him get smarter. Mira has done well with dogs, cats, and children. He couldn’t be more perfect to bring joy into your household!
All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Young cats have an adoption fee of $175. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.

Interview
The case manager of that dog or cat will contact you by phone or email to set up a meet and greet,if you are a possible match for them.
Meet the Pet
If they think you are a good match, we may set up a home visit or the case manager will request pictures of your home.
