BUCKLE BLACK came from deplorable conditions that we won't go into online. We weren't sure he could be saved, but one of our fantastic foster families took him in and worked their magic. The only survivor of his litter, Buckle is a sweet thing that likes being held, is calm but playful and has the BEST whiskers. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming.
