About Tully
A senior Taiwan street dog, Tully (pronounced “Toolie”) comes from a bad situation and was quite thin when he arrived. He was initially quite shy with staff but seems to be coming around some and has also been gaining some weight. He needs a family who will continue to work with him as he gains confidence. Tully is 10 years old.
