Jimmie is a young, eager-to-please pup with an impressive talent for training. A true volunteer favorite at PAWS, she has been patiently waiting for her forever home since June 2025.
Spending her formative first year in a shelter hasn’t been easy, but Jimmie has shown remarkable resilience. During her time in foster care, she received glowing notes for her behavior and adaptability. Like many shelter dogs, she needed some support with separation anxiety, and with her intelligence and quick learning, we think she just needs a consistent routine. She’s still polishing her leash manners, but that just means she’ll thrive with continued guidance and enrichment.
Jimmie dreams of an active, loving family with a yard to play in and perhaps another dog or cat to keep her company. She has so much love and potential to share—she just needs someone to give her a chance.
