Meet Cove: The Velvet-Covered Shadow You Never Knew You Needed

At 36 pounds, Cove is basically the dachshund equivalent of a weighted blanket—black, seal-skin soft, and scientifically engineered to make you never want to get up from the couch again. She’s 3 years old, which means she’s outgrown the “eat your shoes” phase but still young enough to zoomie like she’s in training for the Wiener Dog Grand Prix.

Her hobbies include:
Gluing herself to your side like an emotional support barnacle
Melting hearts with floppy ears and soulful eyes
Pretending she’s not spoiled while absolutely being spoiled

Cove’s dream? A forever home with a couch, a lap, and a human who understands that “personal space” is just a myth. Adopt her, and you’ll never go to the bathroom alone again, lucky you.
