Logan is a sweet, affectionate and playful 3 year old black boy looking for his forever home. He is the poster child of rescued street cats - black, came to us with some war wounds and a little protective edge to his personality. With some medical care and TLC, he has transformed into a wonderful and loving house cat who is eager to cuddle with you on the couch.
Logan still has playful energy as well. He enjoys batting around toy mice. The laser light is also a favorite. He stalks the red dot like he is stalking his prey! He enjoys sitting in the window, watching the birds outside and will chirp and chatter as he watches them fly around.
When you sit on the couch, though, he is ready to settle in for some cuddling. He is a little big for your lap, but he loves to lay right next to you with his head or his upper torso on your lap. Then he turns on his wonderful purr motor - so relaxing!
Did you notice his cute little fangs? His upper canines protrude a bit, so you see them when he closes his mouth - very distictive! Logan is in great health, although he did test positive for FIV, given his time outside. He loves his food, so we have him on a rationed canned food only diet currently, and he is stablizing at a good weight. He is very neat with the litter box and directs all of his scratching toward his cat tower.
Logan will be a great companion for anyone looking for a single kitty friend. He is fine being alone during the day while you are at work, but will be ready to give you lots of love and attention when you get home.
All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Logan's has been reduced to $55.
A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!
Please email gotfriendlies@gmail.com or call (630) 881-7459 if you are interested in adopting one of our cats.
All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County.
We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
