My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kanga

Kanga is a 9-month-old Labrador Retriever mix who has lived in the shelter since he was 2 months old. His two other littermates have been adopted — now it’s his turn.

Weighing about 55 lbs, Kanga is sweet, smart, and very treat motivated. He can be a little jumpy when excited, but once redirected, he’ll sit and wait for treats and give you his full attention.

Kanga walks well on a leash, does well with kids and other dogs, and is kenneled with other dogs. He loves toys and chasing the ball and will do best with someone who can provide play, training, and activity.

Kanga is ready for a home of his own — all he needs is a chance. ??
