Kensi is a brave and curious pup with a zest for life, especially when it involves being outdoors. She's happiest exploring new sights and smells, then settling down with her favorite squeaky stuffie or a tasty bone. But her absolute favorite place to be is right by your side! She loves to follow her humans everywhere and is a champion snuggler – if she's not curled up on your lap, you'll find her happily nestled in a big, soft bed.
Don't let her playful puppy energy fool you; Kensi is super smart! She already knows "sit" and is a pro at being crate trained, sleeping soundly through the entire night. Plus, she's almost fully house-trained, with accidents being a rare occurrence.

Once you have found a dog or cat that you think will be a match for you and your family we ask that you go to the adoptables tab of our website and send in an adoption application
Keeping in mind that our rescue is ran by volunteers we will only be contacting the applications that are a great match with one of our animals
Once we have processed the application we will contact references and the applicant. If the application is approved we will then set up a time to meet the animal Once everything has been completed we will schedule an adoption day. This will all depend on the age of the animal and if it still needs to be neutered/spayed. None of our animals will be released to their new home until they are spayed or neutered.
