Owen is a playful 8 week old kitten who was brought to the shelter with his brother Odie. They do not have to be adopted together. He’s already neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He will be combo tested and microchipped upon adoption. Come meet him in kennel 622, his ID is 11478.
