Jules is a very sweet, loving and playful dog. She loves to have her ball thrown and also loves to sit next to you and snooze. She loves being outside, but being a Shih Tzu she can overheat quickly. She has done well with both dogs and cats in the home. She has only been around an older child (13 year old). She is skittish around men, but does come around. She is housebroken as long as you keep up on her cues. She is very food motivated. She needs another dog in the house as she loves to have a companion and a playmate. She would also benefit from someone is home most of the time. She attaches to females as she is skittish around males, so having a female at home most of the time would be best.
