My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Giselle went on a field trip with another volunteer today and had the best time. Her fieldtripper said:
-Giselle is sweet with people once she warms up to you
-Takes treats nicely
-Loves pup cups
-Gives kisses
-Walks nicely on a leash
-Jumps right in the car
-A little restless in the car at first but eventually settles down
-Nervous when greeted by new people but she tries to be brave.
-She is good with dogs, cats, and kids.
-Heartworm negative
- She has been in a foster home since September and acclimated to being in a home.
-Would benefit from a confident fursibling to show her the ropes.

!2/17 update by foster: “Hi! I'm Giselle and I'm a 1.5 year old Lab mix who is UTD on my shots, spayed, heartworm negative, and full of life, love, and energy. I'm in a foster home now with cats and another dog, and I get along great with them. I am crate trained, house broken, and enjoying stealing a nap on the couch during the day. I'm great on a leash and love a squishy, squeaky toy (so, so much). I'm learning how to play fetch (I haven't mastered the drop part of it yet), but like Forrest Gump, I love to run!!! I run around the yard, to my water bowl, to the couch, to my crate. I also am very aware of what a "pretty girl" I am, so you'll need to be prepared to shower me with the affection and toys that all "pretty girls" deserve.
