My family no longer wanted me after 9 years ....I can't understand what I did wrong as I loved them so much

The lovely Volunteers at Neveah told me that I did nothing wrong and that they will find me a loving and forever home who will love me forever.
I love being brushed and pet and I purr non-stop!
I haven't been tested with other cats. At this stage I would need to be the only cat as I've never lived with other cats.
