Meet Ella – A Gentle Soul with a Brave Heart
📍 Currently in foster home in Korea
🐶 Name: Ella
🎂 Birthdate: February 16, 2024
⚖️ Weight: 18 lbs (8.15 kg)
🐾 Breed: Mixed
💩 Housebroken: 99% outdoor, 100% on pee pad indoors
Ella may be small in size, but she holds a whole universe of love in her quiet heart. Rescued with her mom and siblings after wandering the streets of Korea, she now lives peacefully in a loving foster home, where she's learning that the world can be kind.
At home, Ella is calm and gentle. She finds her joy in simply being near her people — a quiet presence at your feet, a warm curl beside you during rest. She may be shy at first, especially around strangers or children who approach too quickly, but it’s only because her protective instincts are strong. Give her a little time, and her trust begins to blossom.
She gets along well with other dogs, especially friendly males, and loves to play when she's comfortable — zoomies and gentle wrestling matches are her favorite ways to show joy. She’s still unsure about cats, often choosing to keep her distance.
Ella is fully pee pad trained indoors and prefers going potty outside. She doesn’t have separation anxiety and doesn't bark excessively, except for the occasional warning bark if she feels her people need protecting. She’s the kind of companion who watches you quietly with loyal eyes and follows you not for attention, but for comfort.
Ella would do best in a calm, patient home with a family that understands shy dogs and is willing to give her time to adjust. She may never be the life of the party, but she will be your heart’s softest echo — steady, loyal, and always there.
✨ She’s not just looking for a home. She’s looking for a place where she can feel safe, loved, and understood. Could that be with you?
