HI - I'M SARGE! I'm a sweet and shy 8-1/2-year-old black & tan Chihuahua mix who needs a forever home! I was rescued from a crowded California shelter awhile back, and that was a traumatic experience for me. As a result I'm a bit timid in new situations and around other dogs, and I'm happiest when I have a routine and can stick to it.
