Hello, my name is New Orleans. I’m a gorgeous light orange female kitten. There are a couple things that make me special: 1) only 20% of orange kitties are female, 2) I happy-hiss instead of meow, 3) I prefer dogs over cats and 4) I was found on the street abandoned and was just a few days old. Once I get used to my new surroundings I’m very affectionate and loving. I enjoy my humans; I like to play with them and sit with them. I love being petted. I was previously adopted but the resident cats didn’t appreciate my happy-hiss so I was returned to my foster mom. “Mom” has five resident cats and it was discovered that as long as the cats are passive I blend in really well with the family. Again, my favorite animal in the house is the dog and I show my love by rubbing all over her. I’m spayed, microchipped and have all vaccines. If you are looking for a quirky, loyal kitten I’m your girl.
