My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Paddington: Your Distinguished, Dunkin’-Loving Gentleman! 🍩

Meet Paddington, a true gentleman with a heart as big as his soulful eyes! At 7 years old, he’s the perfect mix of laid-back sophistication and sweet affection. Paddington is looking for a loving home where he can relax, enjoy life, and maybe sneak a few long car rides along the way.

🐾 The Perfect Companion
Paddington has already mastered the art of the good life:

Cozy & Content: He loves lounging in the comfiest spots, soaking up head scratches, and curling up wherever he feels loved.

Adventure-Ready: Don’t let his chill demeanor fool you—Paddington enjoys scenic walks and even handled a boat ride like a pro!

Impeccable Manners: He’s fully housebroken, walks beautifully on a leash, and won’t touch your furniture.

🏡 Paddington’s Ideal Home
He would thrive in a calm, loving home with gentle humans who match his mellow pace.

The Sweetest Companion: Outside of that simple request, Paddington is affectionate, loyal, and the ultimate calm, loving friend.

If you’re looking for a calm, charming, and devoted companion to complete your home, Paddington is ready to meet you—and steal your heart! 💛🐾.

If you're looking for a calm, loyal, and charming companion to complete your home, Paddington is ready to meet you!

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
