My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Owen has his tuxedo suit on and is now ready to find his perfect home! When first introduced to his new family, Owen will be shy but just until he adjusts to his new surroundings. When he's comfortable he is a loveable boy who enjoys cuddling up beside you and loves to make air biscuits. At his current foster he hang out with other cats but if adopted in a home with another cat would prefer a friend that is older or docile and calm. He would be fine as an only kitty. Owen was bullied by other cats outdoors before he was brought into our care so will not do well with aggressive cats or very high energy kitties. We think he would be quite happy as the only pet in the household, soaking up the attention!
Owen is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has had parasite prevention. If you would like to hear more about Owen or meet him in his Stratford, ON foster home, please complete the short online adoption inquiry and a volunteer will be in touch. https://www.felinefriends.ca/foster-and-adoption

Additional adoption info

The adoption fee is $200 per cat / kitten Please note that vet care is not free for us and this does not cover our costs so any additional donation is appreciated.
We have an adoption contract and do follow up calls after the cat or kitten is adopted. We want to make sure it is working out for both the adopted animal and its caregivers. We offer support and will take an animal back into our care if it is not working out after proper introductions are done within a certain time period. We provide information sheets and will discuss how to best introduce your new pet to your home, family and other pets.
We do not allow declawing.
All cats/kittens are neutered/spayed, vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines and receive a preventative flea and worm treatment.
