Scotty came to TC Paw through someone trying to help a friend find a home for a couple of cats. In his TC Paw foster home, Scotty was friendly from the start. His foster family picked him up and petted him right away. Scotty is a handsome guy with a white patch on his neck and beautiful amber eyes. He's playful; he gets along with kids, cats, and dogs; and he loves belly rubs and being petted. He is a true sweetheart.
