Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bandit is a handsome long-haired black, tan & white Chihuahua. A typical Chi, he needs time to adjust to new people and needs a home that understands Chihuahuas and will give him the time he needs to trust, then will be your BFF. He enjoys playing and wrestling with other small dogs once he gets comfortable but would do fine as an only dog. He loves playing in the back yard and uses the doggie door frequently. Crate and house trained, approximately 3 years, 15 lbs
We are located in Wichita, Kansas. following is a link to our application. Fill out, save to your documents then attach to an email back to us, at palsarescue@yahoo.com http://palsrescue.org/.../2015/11/adoptionapp-dogs.pdf

We require an adoption application to be filled out. We will ask for past/present pet history and a veterinarian reference which we will contact. We require a good veterinarian history of your pets being spayed/neutered, on heartworm prevention and a fenced yard to keep them safe when they are outside.
Our adoption fee is $200.00 for dogs and $60.00 for cats. Our dogs are tested for heartworm,, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered. Our cats are tested for FIV, Feluk, and heartworm, and are also vaccinated and spayed/neutered

More about this rescue
We are a non sheltered rescue and are all volunteers. We have around 24 foster parents who take animals into their homes. Many of animals come to us in very bad condition. The foster parents work on house training, socializing them and getting them ready for their "forever home".
We make sure we represent them as they are, both positive and negatives and match the pet with the home. First and foremost we are concerned about the animals in our care and promise them a carefully screened very good home where they will be a member of the family.
