Meet Joy! This pittie baby is around 4 years old and she came to us from another shelter after being found as a stray. Just like her name, this girl is a JOY to be around! Joy is incredibly loving and affectionate, and when she gets excited, she even lets out a little moo like a cow! Shes a laid-back girl whos happiest just hanging out with her favorite person.
