Foxfire, is a 3 month old brown tabby boy whose striped medium to long fur is as soft and floofy as it looks! He is a sweet and loving fellow who also has a fierce side when it comes to the wrestling of springy toys and the investigation of tunnels.

Foxfire is a mini lion with the personality along the lines of the one who traveled with Dorothy to Oz – he is a very courageous fellow as long as he knows where he is and what he’s doing! He makes sure his people and/or kitten sisters are by his side when encountering new things. Foxfire’s purr machine is loud and easy to activate, and he loves being held close like a baby. His newest interest is to pretend he is a parrot, chirping away while observing life from the vantage point of a shoulder. He is very neat and clean in the litterbox as well as with his food, both of which he digs into with gusto.

Foxfire is friendly to and respectful of the resident cats at his foster home, and adores his sisters Fowler, Fonda, and Forest. He is a gregarious fellow who thrives on attention from his people as well as socializing with his furry friends. He would love to be adopted with any one of his sisters – in this group there are no favorites amongst them, they all play and cuddle with each other equally. He is used to a quiet yet active home with lots of interaction with his foster family of young adults, their parents, and their friends.

All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $175 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!

All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
