My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ellie is 4 years old, 85 lbs

Have you ever lost a beloved dog and felt that no other could take their place—until one day, a soulful set of eyes reminded you that your heart still has room to love again? Ellie could be that dog.

This gorgeous, resilient girl found herself abandoned and heartbroken at the pound after her people gave up on her through no fault of her own. Despite everything, Ellie hasn’t lost her spark—she’s still hopeful, playful, and overflowing with love to give.

Ellie is a smart, spirited pup who’s always ready for an adventure or a cozy night in. She’s working on house, crate, and leash training—she may be a little out of practice, but she’s catching on quickly. She loves water, thrives on attention, and is happiest when she’s by your side.

Ellie’s looking for a fresh start with someone who will never give up on her. Could that someone be you? Give this sweet girl the second chance she deserves—you might just find she fills a space in your heart you didn’t know was still empty.
