My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Daphne, and I’m a gentle, sweet girl who loves nothing more than sharing love and snuggles.

I adore being petted and will happily lean into your hands, giving you all the love I can. Treats make me so happy! I think they might be my favorite thing in the whole world! I also love my stuffed toys; they’re perfect for cuddling, carrying around, or tossing when I’m feeling playful. Quiet moments are my favorite, especially when I get to spend them with someone I care about.

I get along well with other calm, friendly dogs and would thrive in a peaceful, loving home where I can feel safe and adored. I’m not super bouncy or high-energy, but I’m full of affection, loyalty, and sweetness, and I love being near the people I trust.

If you’re looking for a gentle, loving, toy-obsessed, treat-loving friend who will fill your heart with warmth every day, I’d be overjoyed to meet you and become your forever companion. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Daphne come on down to the Humane Society of the White Mountain!
