My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Swirl! An independent lady who is playful and full of personality!

Swirl came to us as a stray, but we suspect she once had a home—she arrived a little on the chubby side and clearly knew her way around people. Sadly, no one came to claim her, so now we’re on a mission to find this lovely orange lady the forever home she deserves.

Swirl is a spirited cat with a big personality and a mind of her own. She knows what she likes (and what she doesn’t!) and isn’t afraid to let you know. While she can seem a bit grumpy at first, she really just appreciates her independence and enjoys affection on her own terms.

Swirl would do best as an only pet, as she seems uncomfortable and a bit frightened around other cats. She enjoys human company, playtime, and interactive toys—especially wand toys—but also values her quiet time and personal space. She’s great at “cat speak” and will give you clear signs when she’s ready to relax on her own.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big personality who will keep you smiling every day, Swirl might just be your perfect match.

Come meet Swirl and see if she’s the one to add a little swirl of sunshine to your home!

This clever and confident girl would do best in a home that appreciates a cat with a strong personality. She’s looking for someone who can give her space when she wants it, and attention on her terms. If you’re ready for a feline with flair, Swirl might just be your perfect match!
