I’m Casper, a 12-pound, 3-month old Spaniel/Beagle mix. I was surrendered down South through no fault of my own, and I have been in a foster home ever since, where I have proven myself to be a sweet and playful puppy. I enjoy romping with other dogs of any size, big or small, and I have adored the children I have met. I’m very people oriented – I love to snuggle and to give gentle kisses. I ride great in the car and was a doll at the vet. My foster mom says, “This cutie stole the hearts of everyone who met him!” I’m crate trained and am doing well with my housetraining.
