**Need to rehome asap please. By 8/7** Stella is such a sweet loving cat. She loves love and you can't give her too much! She is a lap kitty. She's well behaved. She's never lashed out, scratched or bit me (or anyone). She's a mouser and great at catching bugs. She's been around dogs before and seems fine around them as long as they aren't aggressive towards her. She's never been around kids although I can't imagine being an issue there.
She is 14 years old. Rescued from BARCS in Baltimore when she was about 6 months. Now 'n days she is an old lady but she is still herself and active. She was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism about 2 years ago and is on medication that she has to take everyday for the rest of her life. This does require a once a year check up and any subsequent visits to check how the medication is working and test the levels.
My hope is to find a her a loving sweet home where she will be loved as much as she gets it here at home. Used to a peaceful calm environment.
