Howdy! I'm Pepper, and I'm (we think) some sort of husky mix! I love playing with toys or getting scratches from my people. I am potty trained and I am also a very sweet, lovable boy! I get a long with other dogs.
I currently live in Pendleton, OR but they said that they an deliver me to any kind adopter that wishes to take me near Portland and surrounding areas!

Pioneer Humane Society/Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter is a local, private, non-profit 501(c)3 animal shelter located in Pendleton, Oregon. Founded in 1975 by a group of compassionate citizens, we are dedicated to helping homeless, lost, and at-risk animals and pet owners in our town and surrounding areas.
