Rosie is a sweet, super intelligent 8 year old golden doodle that needs a calm new home with a caring experienced owner. She is incredibly charming, affectionate, smart, great company and friendly to people. She does have possession aggression and resource guarding issues, and also occasional aggression in challenging new surroundings. These could be easily managed by the right owner, but our family is caring for my mother with dementia and cannot maintain the right environment for Rosie. She has bitten my mother when she drops food and tries to retrieve it. We are heart broken but we cannot keep her with this risk and are desperately seeking an alternative to putting her down. If you are looking for a great companion and have a calm home, Rosie could be a great addition.
