Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adopt Gus & Jaq!
These bonded brothers have been through a lot in their short lives, and they’re still two of the sweetest, most loving kittens you’ll ever meet.
Gus & Jaq were born with a condition called eyelid agenesis, which means their eyelids didn’t fully develop. Without treatment, every blink could cause pain. Last month, they had a procedure called cryoepilation to freeze the hairs that were irritating their eyes, and they’re healing beautifully.
Because of their condition, they’ll need eye drops 2–3 times a day long term. The drops are over-the-counter, easy to give, and they’re total pros about it. Jaq had a more severe case, so he’ll likely need to see the eye doctor once or twice a year just to make sure everything stays healthy.
We know most people will scroll past a post about two “special needs” kittens. But what these boys need is simple to manage. What they give back is so much more.
They are truly extraordinary. Raised by humans since they were tiny bottle babies, they’re affectionate, playful, and endlessly trusting. They greet every visitor like a long-lost friend, climb into laps without hesitation, and purr like little engines. Gus is the ultimate snuggler. Jaq is the playful goofball who keeps everyone laughing. They also love other cats and dogs, too! If you give them a chance, they’ll bring you so much love.
They are neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, flea-treated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. The adoption fee is $150 for the pair.

More about this rescue
We are a non-profit organization that exists to save the lives of at-risk cats and kittens in the Central Florida area. This is primarily done through fostering those that are sick and/or medically needy until they are healthy and old enough to be placed in a forever home.
We believe that saving more lives can be accomplished through educating others on the importance of spaying and neutering as well as through safe and effective trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNvR) practices.
We live by the conviction that compassion for animals applies to all species, not just cats.
