Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Henri!
Henri is a 3-year-old yellow Lab mix who has one big wish—he just wants a dog friend to play with! While he can be shy around people, Hanri’s true personality shines when he has a canine buddy by his side. With his best friend Marceline in the yard, he comes to life—running, playing, taking treats, and even opening up to the humans around him. She’s not just his playmate, she’s his confidence booster.
Volunteers who’ve taken Henri on day trips say the same thing: when another dog is nearby, he’s like a whole new pup—happy, playful, and full of spark. Henri is looking for a home with another dog to show him the ropes, boost his confidence, and share in all the fun.
Henri will do best with a patient family who understands that shy dogs sometimes need a little extra time to feel safe. With kindness, patience, and a furry best friend by his side, Henri is sure to blossom into the loyal and loving companion he’s meant to be.
