Meet Storm aka Leon – A Redbone Hound Puppy Who Weathered the Worst and Is Ready for His Forever Home
Storm is a male Hound puppy with a striking red coat and a heart full of hope. He came dangerously close to losing his life, landing on the euthanasia list at a crowded shelter. Luckily, he was saved just in time and is now safe, thriving, and ready for a new beginning.
Redbone Hounds are known for their sweet temperament, soulful eyes, and melodic “hound song.” Bred for tracking and hunting in the American South, they’re athletic, intelligent, and incredibly loyal. Storm already shows those classic Redbone traits—he’s curious, affectionate, and eager to bond with his people.
He loves to play, explore, and be around other dogs. As a puppy, he’ll benefit from consistent training and an active home where he can stretch his legs and continue to grow into the wonderful companion he’s meant to be.
