Rudy – Ready to write the next chapter of his story... with YOU!

Meet Rudy, an adorable 8-month-old, 15-pound pup—the perfect size for cuddles, car rides, and all your adventures, big and small!

Rudy may be a tad shy at first, but give him a New York second (he doesn’t even need the full minute!), and his true personality shines. Full of life, love, and that irresistible puppy charm, Rudy has really blossomed in his foster home. He does love his crate and it is for sure his safe spot but he’s sweet, affectionate, and eager to find a family that will offer him the love, patience, and fun he’s been dreaming of. Whether it’s snuggling on the couch or exploring new places, Rudy is ready to be your little shadow and loyal sidekick as he is finding that gentle pets are a big bag of chips...err milkbones!!

He gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy having a playful pup companion, though he’d also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love as your one and only. Rudy hasn’t met any cats yet, so we’re unsure how he’d react—but with a proper introduction, he just might surprise us!

Rudy recently took his freedom ride out of the shelter alongside his sister, Diamond, and they’re settling into foster life beautifully. As Rudy continues to get more comfortable, we’ll be sharing more photos (got some, and he did wonderful for his photo shoot!)—but one thing’s already clear: this sweet boy is ready to embark on the best adventure yet… a forever home of his very own.
