My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet cat has been through a lot and is looking for a calm, understanding home where things can move slowly and gently. Right now, the world feels like a big, uncertain place — but with time, patience, and kindness, this cat has the potential to blossom into a deeply loyal companion.

Transitions are difficult, and small or enclosed spaces can be overwhelming. A quiet home is essential, and this cat would do best as the only pet, where there’s no pressure to compete for space or attention. This isn`t the cat for someone looking for instant affection or a social butterfly, but if you`re someone who finds meaning in earning trust and watching it grow, this might be your perfect match.

We will be carefully screening applications to find the right fit, someone who truly understands what this cat needs to feel safe and loved. Approved applicants will have the chance to meet and learn more during this adoption process.

If you are interested in adopting this sweetheart, please email us at wchs@whitmanpets.org, and a staff member will be in contact with you.
