As a result, Charlie became gravely ill with Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA), a life-threatening complication, and had to be rushed into intensive care for two days to save his life.
Thanks to the quick action of his rescue team and the compassionate care of veterinary professionals, Charlie pulled through—and now he’s ready for a second chance. He takes his insulin like a pro and is stable and thriving. Charlie is mellow, loving, and enjoys the simple pleasures: a warm bed, gentle pets, and your steady companionship.

Submit our initial screening application at LUCKYPAWS.ORG/ADOPT

Interview
We will call you for a brief chat! We want to ensure the best fit!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
We will schedule a meet and greet! We have a ton of kitties and we want to let you interact with the vast selection!
4.
Sign Adoption Contract
Once you choose your new family member, Sign the contract, pay $100 adoption fee, take your new pal home!
