In the Phonetic Alphabet Litter, sweet Kilo stands out as fun and spunky, although not when it comes to loud noises. But as soon as he got to his tranquil foster home? He was the one making all the noise! He is a purring machine! raved his foster mom. He purrs while playing, eating and, of course, cuddling. Kilos favorite hobbies include chasing wand toys and being petted, and his foster mom thinks he would thrive in a quieter home with a feline buddy. Hed also enjoy older kids and maybe even a canine friend. I have a large dog who lies down 90 percent of the time, his foster mom explained. Kilo saw her one day and was very unsure, but seemed to settle after realizing she was no threat. As for Kilo, hes 1000 percent ready for a home of his own!

Whiskers TNR of Warren County aims to improve the quality of life for the county’s stray, dumped and feral cats. We also help responsible pet owners with expenses related to having their cat spayed or neutered. Whiskers provides educational information to increase public awareness of the need to better care for and prevent cats from becoming homeless. We encourage adoption and help strengthen animal rescue services throughout Warren County.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County supports humane education programs for the public and encourages respect and compassion for all animals. We strive to make a difference in the community, one cat at a time.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County is a corporation in the state of Iowa and is ruled by a board of directors. Whiskers is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity. This means that your donation is deductible on your annual income taxes. Whiskers TNR became organized and tax exempt in June of 2016.
