Shady is a large, sweet boy who enjoys walks, taking rides in cars, and is good with other dogs. He is not aggressive at all and co-exists well in a pack. He loves to run in the pasture with many other dogs at the rescue. He would like a family to call his own, so that he can show everyone how smart and good-natured he really is. An active family would suit him best because he is full of energy!
The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. Shady's adoption fee (if picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $225. We are an all volunteer animal welfare organization and foster based rescue located in Cumberland County TN. We work tirelessly to help as many stray, abandoned and injured pets as possible and find them new, loving homes.
Any pet transported out of state to a pre-approved adopter will be transported via Rescue Riders LLC, a leader in professional pet transport.
Our pets are fully vetted and will have a health certificate issued by a vet within two weeks of transport.
Once an application is approved, you will be contacted with the details of transport and pick up time and location.
