My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cheddar was recently rescued from the outdoors
We believe he was a house cat that was dumped outdoors and was not outside for very long when our coordinator found him
Cheddar did not have a microchip and he was not neutered and no one claimed him on lost and found social media posts
We took him for veterinarian care and Cheddar is now neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative & ready to find a new home
Cheddar is now in a wonderful Foster home
He is estimated to be approximately four years old
Cheddar is a super friendly boy
He loves the company of humans and he loves to be pet
This ginger boy also has a playful side to him and he loves toys and catnip too ??
He is enjoying playing with lots of toys and enjoying lots of birdwatching out the window
Cheddar’s history is unknown to us so we do not know how he would be with other cats
We would recommend a slow introduction to another cat or a dog

Once your application is approved A rescue volunteer will visit your home to make sure it is a good fit with our adoptable cat

Once your home check is approved we will delivery your new cat

Additional adoption info

To adopt a pet the first step is filling out a application where we ask basics on previous pet ownership, references for veterinary care and reasons for wanting to adopt. Our fee for cats/kitten adoption is 180.00 per pet which is not refundable, however any pet adopted through our organization which cannot stay in the home for any reason is able to be returned to our rescue group. Following approval of application we require a home visit to assure the basic necessities for the animal are in place and that its a safe environment. If approved the new adopters are able to adopt the cat
