My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nacho!

This little guy had to leave his home after spending the first ten years there. He is looking for a human to spend the rest of his days with.

Nacho tolerates other dogs but hasn't yet started to find any sized dog interesting enough to play with. He may do best as an only dog to lap up all the attention he wants without sharing. He can share the bed, but if any littles or other pups hop in and don't know he is there, Nacho will yell at them profusely!

Nacho doesn't want to be left alone. He's very vocal about it! But, like the adorable good little boy he is, he will eventually settle down! He can even go into a crate rather than sleeping in the big bed.

Nacho loves to be on a lap and get pets. He does the CUTEST little roll into you that you ever did see to get you to pet him!

Nacho would love a home where his human is home more often than not, where he can get additional training on learning "Speak" and "Quiet" so he can learn to speak when spoken to..... Or a home that likes his talkative nature!

* Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs, we can only guess at the predominant breed or breed mix. Pawsitive Impact gets to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

* Pawsitive Impact expects all adopted dogs to enroll in a formal positive reinforcement dog training class with their new owners. Training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog and improve your relationship with your pet.
