Mocha Choca Latte is a sweet 3-year-old Yorkie Shih Tzu mix weighing about 7 pounds. She arrived with her parents, Preston and Beauty Queen. Even though she's 3, she still has a playful, puppy-like spirit that makes her a joy to be around.
She is friendly with people and warms up quickly to new friends. Mocha gets along well with other dogs and cats. She will be fully vetted with us and is scheduled for her spay surgery next week.
This happy little girl is looking for a loving home where she can share her affectionate nature and joyful energy.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. You must begin our adoption process by applying to adopt on clawsadopt.org. Please do NOT inquire via Petfinder, social media messengers or in our comments. We will only be looking at applications!
2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better.
3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first.)
4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process. As a reminder, our organization is a nonprofit. We receive no money from the state. We have no paid employees! This is a polite reminder that we are doing our best to make the right decisions for the animals in our care. Thank you.
